How do I make a payment?
Purchase your plan easily using QPay. You can pay by scanning the QR code with any bank's app, or pay via a direct bank transfer.
What is the token system?
One token represents one processed comment reply or chat response. For example, the Pro plan's 10,000 tokens can answer approximately 2,000 comments.

- You can view your token usage from the Kommai dashboard

How do I monitor my token usage?
You can easily monitor your token usage from the Kommai dashboard. We'll also send you a notification when you're approaching your token limit, helping you manage your usage effectively.
Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?
Unfortunately, no — any tokens left unused in your current billing cycle do not carry over to the next month. To get the most value, we recommend using all your allocated tokens before your billing period ends. To avoid losing unused tokens, choose the subscription plan that best matches your monthly usage.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
If your tokens run out before your active subscription period ends, you'll need to purchase ADDITIONAL TOKENS.
This flexible system ensures you only pay for what you actually need, making our service more accessible and cost-effective — especially for small businesses or those just getting started.
