How to set it up?

Quick Start

• Create a knowledge base. Enter all your information. You can also create categories to organize it.
• If you create an image knowledge base, images will be sent to users.
• Press the Live button. That’s it! 🤗

AI Messenger

🔅 Light Mode — Gives fast, lightweight answers to simple knowledge base questions. Generates a variety of responses and sends consistent replies.

⚡️ Pro Mode — Handles smarter explanations and more complex questions. Constantly asks users a CTA (Call-to-Action) question to drive engagement.

Knowledge Base — Text

Enter all information about your products and services in text form. Our AI will interact with users based on the content in the knowledge base. You can also organize it into categories.

Knowledge Base — Images

You can upload up to ten images. Each image must have a caption describing its content. If users want to see images of products or services, the AI will show them.

Behavior Instructions

An additional section where you can give custom instructions to your AI. For example: “Always ask the user for their contact number.”

Persona

A Persona is the account name that users see instead of your page name. To use a Persona, you need to set a name and a profile picture. Example: AI Assistant

Playground

After updating your knowledge base, you can use the test area to check how the AI is responding.

How does it work?

A user sends a message via chat ➡️ They type “where is the address?” ➡️ The AI searches the knowledge base for matching information ➡️ It sends the address details to the user ➡️ The conversation continues.
