You can create different automations for each Post/Reel, or use one global automation for all of them.
How to set it up?
- Set what you want to reply to comments. For example: “Hi, I’ve sent you information via chat. Please check your DM.” etc.
- Enter the information you want to send via DM. Text, cards, videos, images, etc.
- Press the Live button. That’s it! 🤗
How does it work?
User’s comment ➡️ Page likes the comment ➡️ 2–3 minutes later, a reply is posted on the comment & information is sent to their DM.
