Product & Payment (QPay)
Showcase your products in Messenger and let customers pay directly through QPay — no extra steps.
Would not it be great to take orders and receive payments directly through Messenger? 🥰
Our system is integrated with QPay. If you are a QPay Merchant, you can accept orders directly through Messenger. (If you’d like to become a new QPay merchant, click here.) Additionally, if you have Ebarimt configured, VAT receipts and lottery codes will be sent automatically through the chat.
Requirements
- Must be on the Business plan or higher
- Must have a QPay Merchant account
How to set it up?
- All you need is the Client ID, Client Secret, and Invoice Code provided by QPay
- Optionally, enter a custom message to be sent to the user after a successful payment
- Click the Save button. That’s it! 🤗
How does it work?
A user sends a message via chat ➡️ They ask about a product ➡️ The AI searches and finds the matching product or service ➡️ It sends the information to the user in card format ➡️ The user clicks “Buy” ➡️ A QR code and bank app payment options appear ➡️ The user completes the payment ➡️ A payment confirmation message is sent, and if VAT (Ebarimt) is configured, the e-receipt and lottery number are sent as well ➡️ The conversation continues.

Simply enter the name, category, image, quantity, and detail link — that’s all you need. You can add as many products or services as you like. For example, imagine you run a cooking course. When people message your page asking what courses are available, the courses will appear complete with names and images.
How to set it up?
- Enter your product or service name, type, category, price, description, image, and stock quantity
- Click the Create button. That’s it! 🤗
