We do not sell Google user data to third parties, and we do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Data Storage and Retention
Order information generated by your chatbot agent is stored on our secure servers and a copy is written to the Google Sheets file you have selected, so that you retain your own independent copy of the data at all times. We retain order data on our servers for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will delete it within a reasonable timeframe unless we are required to retain it by law.
Data Protection
We implement the following security measures to protect your data, including Google user data, from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
- Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Access to Google user data is restricted to automated systems required to provide the service; no human at Kommai manually reviews or accesses your connected spreadsheet content
- Access controls and authentication requirements limiting which internal systems can access stored data
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never shared with third parties
Kommai’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, including revoking Kommai’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Contact us for any privacy-related requests.
